CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 504(FIN) am "An Act relating to the                                           
wages of people working in the fisheries business" was read the                                     
second time.                                                                                        
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                    
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                                
objected.                                                                                           
                                                                                                    
Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent to be allowed to                                  
abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objections were                              
heard and Senator Stevens was required to vote.
